Below are the step to edit :
Step 1 : what we always do before edit the photo is duplicate 1 layer
press CTRL+J
Step 2 : create a fill or adjustment layer, choose solid color white.
Then choose soft light, and brush all just not brush skin.
Step 3 : create a adjusment layer again but is for brightness/contrast.
Step 4 : create a adjustment layer for Hue/Saturation, adjust it.
Saturation low a bit.
Step 4 : create a adjustment layer for solid and choose the gray color.
Then brush all for the people, and choose vivid light.
